Sales Training Deployment Manager

This role, based in Moscow, will play a key part in managing Apple’s Channel Sales Training across Russia. The role is focused on the organisation, communication and measurement of many training activities such as, in-store
training, classroom training and mobile learning solutions.
The role will be critical in communicating competency based recognition and results to partners and Apple sales teams. Another main function of this role is the day to day management of the country training organisation, which works across all routes to markets.
Description

This role requires a close working relationship with route to market leaders, central team in EMEIA to ensure efficient implementation of funds, plans and processes. The role requires the day to day management of the current portfolio
of sales training initiatives, but also requires a natural curiosity to consistently scale, improve and deploy platforms and vehicles. Staying abreast of technology and other tools to drive scale, reach and impact will be very important for the
role.
The ideal candidate must be a great deployment manager and have a passion for learning and development. This position requires great communication skills, planning and project management experience.
Sales training content and sales staff development programs will be managed by our sales training learning & development lead, and this peer will be the main counterpart to complete the sales training leadership in the Russia team.
Education
Required Skills/Experience
• Open and approachable management style
• Confident, articulate and clear communication skills with all level of employees
• ideally 3+ years project management with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record in developing good working relationships with colleagues and other
internal departments
• Experience of managing sales and/or training teams
• Tech Savvy and experience working in tech project deployment
• Knowledge or experience in retail and/or telecom industry sales channels
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational agility skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
• Great attention to detail
• Self starter and proven ability to work independently
• Availability to travel to EMEIA might be required
