We are looking for a Knowledge Expert, Team Manager to oversee the management of the Knowledge Team in Moscow.
This role will focus on building and evolving a cohesive team, while maintaining close connections with the local Partner group, case teams and global Practice Areas. The ideal candidate should be familiar with different aspects of the knowledge function and be passionate about the opportunity to build a team that strengthens support to case teams.
The Team Manager will also be responsible for designing and implementation of several strategic initiatives related to advancing the KT agenda with local leadership and Consulting Teams, line management and professional development of KT staff. This is an important role, which offers the chance to work closely with global colleagues and help develop the current Knowledge Team. The ideal candidate must also have strong people management skills including the ability to recruit, train and manage a team in the Moscow office. This role is a good fit for people with strategy and management consulting work experience including those, who may not want the travel and client demands of a full-fledged consulting role.
The Team Manager will also be expected to support client teams and contribute towards case work where needed whilst retaining focus on line management responsibilities.
