Job Description

  • Implementation of a sales plan;
  • Management of sales representative’s team;
  • Monitoring the implementation of work standards, coaching and motivation of employees, continuous improvement of the efficiency of the team;
  • The development of sales in the LKA and working with regional offices of distributors;
  • Implementation of brand development strategy and trade marketing programs.
  • At least 2 years of experience in FMCG sales;
  • Experience of working with key customers (distributors, retailers);
  • At least 2 years experience of managing people and building an effective team;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Negotiation skills, overcoming objections;
  • Analytic skills;
  • Flexible thinking;
  • Leadership skills in working with customers and employees;
  • Ability to plan and prioritize time.
